Corporate Headshots $95/person*

Need everyone in your company to have a consistent branded look for your website?Set up a headshot day! We'll come with lights backdrops and make up, you provide the employees. The shoot includes flash drive or Dropbox folder of all of your files and there is no additional charge for file release. Minimum of 4 people required to get the $95/person corporate rate.

*Set up and Tear Down Fee $150

*We understand that not all of your employees are going to be available at the same time, and that's okay, we're happy to wait for them, but like a NYC Taxi Cab there is a $350 standing and waiting fee for gaps over 1 hour.

Corporate Events $350/hour

Need your annual meeting covered? Want photo coverage of your booth and customers at the expo? Want photos of your company's 25th anniversary celebration? Need photos for future marketing efforts? Want to get meeting coverage after we do everyone's headshots? Have so many cameras, will travel.

Product Photography $350/hour

Make sure your products look as amazing as they are.

Payment Options

DIGITAL MEDIA SERVICES

Concept $250/hour

This is where we come up with the narrative and creative vision for the story you want to tell.

Project Management $150/hour

This is where we create the road map of how to get to said vision. Are we using stock footage? Do we need to do in person interviews? Is it a little of both? Do we need to coordinate many people from different offices around the country to submit content? Are we using a voiceover artist or are we using titles and animation to tell the story?

Project Coordinator $50/hour

This is for the human who is going to manage the project on an administrative level: schedule coordination, project communications, asset procurement and coordination emails, etc. so you're not paying a premium for non creative services.

Acquisition $300/hour

This is for when you need us to come to you to record on camera interviews, get b-roll footage, photos, etc. This includes direction and coaching for interview subjects for optimal on-camera results.

Acquisition $125/hour

This is for when you need us to pull stock photos, videos, music, and/or do research for your project, or if we need to bring along a second person for those on-location acquisitions.

Copywriting $100/hour

This is for when we're writing the text of the piece.

Video Editing $150/hour

This if for when we're cutting the whole thing together.

Digital Animation $150/hour

This is for when we need to create cool animated visuals, or titles.

Subtitles/Captioning $150/hour

This is for when you want people to be able to read along and don't trust automated captioning services.

The amount of time it can take to craft your content can vary based on your needs. We recommend a 15 minute phone call where we can get an idea of the scope of your project in order to get you an estimate. We'll ask you things like:

• Do you already have a story boarded concept you need us to execute, or do you need us to come to you with ideas and help create and refine the story you want to tell?

• Do you already have an archive of B-Roll and photos for us to use, or are we starting from scratch?

• Are you looking for live action, or animation, or both?

• Do you have specific brand guidelines?

• Where are you planing to house your content?

• Is it for internal or external use?
